Arena is a product leader with over fifteen years of experience driving financial innovation at the intersection of emerging financial technologies and regulatory strategy. Currently at Amazon, she leads EU Digital Regulatory Initiatives — including digital currencies, digital identity, and instant payments — and serves as a senior representative in EU governmental and industry working groups shaping the future of the payments ecosystem. She previously held roles at JP Morgan and Banco Santander, and holds a degree in Law and Political Sciences and an MBA from IESE Business School.
