Renée Berman is a strategic leader in digital assets with over two decades of experience across capital markets, blockchain technology, and financial infrastructure. She specializes in distributed ledger technology (DLT) and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), partnering with financial institutions, private equity firms, and Layer 1 blockchains to drive adoption and growth.
Renée serves as an Industry Advisor to Motive Partners, advising portfolio companies on blockchain strategy as well as the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) on the Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF). Previously, as Managing Director of Digital Assets at DTCC, she led initiatives exploring the tokenization of $100 trillion in eligible securities. Earlier roles include Capital Markets Strategy at Broadridge and COO of Equity Derivatives at Credit Suisse, with foundational experience at J.P. Morgan, Bain & Company, and Goldman Sachs.
Renée holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
