Nivesh Pawar

Nivesh Pawar is Managing Director and Head of AI & Data at Partners Group, a leading global private markets investment manager based in Zug, Switzerland. With 19 years of experience in the financial industry, he focuses on harnessing AI, data, and technology to drive business transformation and scalable innovation.
He has led several complex, firm-wide technology transformation programs and previously headed Business Applications, where he managed global teams delivering critical platforms across the investment lifecycle.
Nivesh started his career as a derivatives trader before transitioning into data and technology leadership. He holds a Master’s in Computational Finance from the University of Essex (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Mumbai, and is a CFA charterholder.
