Marianne Zentriegen

Marianne Zentriegen is Head of Payment Journeys at PostFinance and a member of the senior management team. She is responsible for product management across domestic, international and interbank payments and drives the strategic development of payment solutions and infrastructures. As Co-Lead of PostFinance’s participation in Project Agorá, the BIS-led initiative exploring next-generation cross-border payments using tokenisation and CBDCs, she helps shape the future of global payments. With more than 20 years of experience in payments, correspondent banking and financial institutions, Marianne combines deep industry expertise with a strong passion for innovation and collaboration across the public and private sectors.
