      Andreas Schaffner is a Swiss media entrepreneur, journalist, and communications professional with over 25 years of experience spanning print, broadcast, and digital media. He is the Founder and CEO of Business Content Production GmbH (BCP) in Zürich, operating the B2B financial media platform investrends.ch and co-founding Swiss Institutional, a knowledge and events platform for institutional investors in Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he served as Editor-in-Chief and COO of CNN Money Switzerland, and held senior editorial roles at AZ Medien, SRF, and Ringier, covering economics and finance across television, print, and online. A trained lawyer (MLaw, University of Basel, cum laude) with an MBA from Durham University, he brings a rare combination of editorial depth, legal grounding, and entrepreneurial drive to the intersection of finance and media. Andreas also co-owns SPHERE Geneva, a wealth management-focused media and events platform, and has produced multiple seasons of the primetime TV format NextIn Business on SAT.1 Schweiz.
