Eva Selamlar is Co-CEO of Eurospider Information Technology AG, an ETH spin-off headquartered in Zurich, where she heads the RegTech division KYC Spider (www.kyc.ch). She is a founding member and co-chairs the newly established Think & Do Tank, a non-profit organization accelerating financial innovation in Switzerland. As an Ambassador to the Swiss AI Summit, she champions proactive AI adoption and strategic capacity building to help ensure a future-fit Swiss financial sector.
In 2023, Eva Selamlar built the Swiss government's pilot platform for financial innovation, winning "Most Innovative Government Financial Services – Switzerland" (Global Banking & Finance Review 2025). The project — featuring SwissHacks, Switzerland's first government-backed fintech hackathon — became permanent within the State Secretariat for International Finance (SIF).
In 2021, she founded the non-profit organization PEPPERMINTAS (www.peppermintas.com), which inspires girls and their families to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). In 2024, she was selected among the Top 10 Women in Tech to Follow in Switzerland.
She studied at Columbia Law School (LL.M., Fulbright Scholar) and HSG (lic.iur.HSG). She is admitted to both the New York Bar and the Zurich Bar Association.
