Kirit Bhatia

Kirit Bhatia is the Chief Digital Assets Officer at Banking Circle, where he leads the bank’s strategy to bridge traditional and digital asset finance through institutional-grade infrastructure for stablecoins, tokenised assets and chain native assets.

A seasoned executive with over 20 years in capital markets, payments innovation, and digital assets, Kirit previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Ripple Labs, driving global partnerships and regulatory engagement to advance blockchain adoption for financial rails.

His earlier career spans senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and RBS Natwest where he built and scaled capital markets and transaction banking businesses across US, Europe and Asia.

Kirit is an alumnus of the University of Manchester and Harvard Business School.
