He currently serves as Assistant Director of Content at the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), a non-profit established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he co-leads intellectual direction and shapes the organisation's positioning across global policy and industry discourse.
Prior to GFTN, Josef spent six years as Research Director at Kapronasia, leading market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership mandates for global financial institutions and technology firms expanding across the region.
