Karen Ottoni is the Senior Director of Ecosystem & Strategic Initiatives at Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust, leading efforts to expand a global ecosystem for decentralized technologies. Since 2016, she has focused on enterprise blockchain, open source, CBDCs, digital assets, and interoperability. Previously, she worked in blockchain strategy at Tata Consultancy Services and held roles in international development across sub-Saharan Africa with the U.S. Government and social enterprises. She holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and is fluent in four languages. Karen is a well regarded speaker who has led discussions at BIS Innovation Summit, Digital Euro Conference, and Open Source Summit Latin America.
