Dushyant “D” Shahrawat co-heads Rosenblatt Securities’ FinTech Investment Banking division on Wall Street. Rosenblatt is the largest floor broker on the New York Stock Exchange with a track record of 40+ years. D leads the Banking group’s business development efforts responsible for building relationships with leading FinTechs, investors, and financial institutions. He is also responsible for deal execution (Capital raising, Restructuring, M&A) across public and private markets. His expertise spans all FinTech verticals and extends into Crypto, Blockchain, and Digital Assets.
With 25 years of industry experience as an analyst and executive advisor, he has been a Fellow at MIT Sloan during 2014-2015 and has guest lectured at BC, Columbia, MIT, Northeastern, and NYU. He is active on the global FinTech scene having spoken at the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s FinTech conference, advised the Chinese government on regulating FinTech, and served on the World Economic Forum's Cybersecurity committee. He earned two MBAs from Northeastern University and MIT Sloan, holds a CFA charter, and is licensed as an investment banking representative having passed FINRA’s Series 79 exam.
