Livia Benisty

Livia Benisty has 17 years experience in Financial Services, originally focused on financial crime and technology, however with experience in product development, sales and marketing. In 2019 she became Head of AML at Banking Circle, where she built a team focused on developing effective and commercially friendly AML processes.  Subsequently as Head of the UK Branch and Chief Business Officer she leveraged her experience to work with teams across the bank to help drive its next phase of development. In 2024 she became Chief External Affairs Officer for the Banking Circle Group.

Previously Livia was Head of AML advisory for Citi’s Trade and Treasury Solutions in EMEA, focused on Correspondent Banking and Digital Payments. Livia has also worked at BBVA’s Open Platform and ComplyAdvantage.

Livia is also a non-executive director and advises related companies including remittance firms and Regtech solutions.
