Ms. King is an enthusiastic advocate for the application of blockchain technology in social governance and commercial fields as well as a seasoned legal expert in the financial industry.
She joined Cobo as Chief Operating Officer in 2021, responsible for the company's overall operations and affairs in corporate governance and compliance, finance, investor relations and strategic partnership.
Prior to Cobo, she served as General Counsel at PAG Asia Capital, one of Asia's largest alternative investment management firms, advising PAG's buyout and growth funds for over a decade. With a deep understanding of law, social policies, finance, and technology across domains, she excels in finding the most feasible and efficient architecture and mechanims for complex transactions.
She is regularly invited to speak on blockchain and technology industry events and write columns for media outlets such as the South China Morning Post, Forkast and Nikkei.
