Barbara began her career in investment banking and has since become a seasoned leader in business development and project management. With extensive experience building businesses and establishing high-performing teams in the financial and logistics sectors, she pivoted to sustainability in 2019. This transition marked the beginning of her work in carbon markets and CO₂ consulting.
In 2021, Barbara joined Climeworks, where she focuses on carbon removal policies and spearheads the development of strategic partnerships within the financial and professional services sectors. She brings a unique blend of commercial expertise, deep knowledge of the financial industry and climate policies, all driven by her passion for sustainability.
